800-1000 sq ft: $85
1001-1500 sq ft: $100
1501-2000 sq ft: $115
2001-2500 sq ft: $130
2501 - 3000 sq ft: $145
Additional charge for offices with excessive dirt or clutter. Windows, sills, base boards, ceiling fans and interior of appliances are extra so please let us know if you need those services ahead of time. $5 additional fee for up to two pets. $10 additional fee for 3 or more pets. We provide cleaning supplies unless you have supplies on site that you prefer. If you have pets we prefer to use your vacuum cleaner due to dander. Cleaning list above is subject to change. If your home is large enough to require more time, additional cleaning time is discounted to $15 per half hour.
